The names for Chinese family members are complicated. The names for grandpa and grandma, uncles and aunts on dad’s side and mom’s side are all different, reflecting the importance of the status in family order. I think it should be enough for my students to learn at current stage.

The Family Song makes it a little bit easy for students to learn who is who.
