This month DD had a little bit of a problem with her bowl movements, especially after we introduced solid food. Her stools changed color and odor as soon as she started eating solids. She didn’t poop for several days. Finally, her bowl movements returned to be normal. She also began to practice crawling, another milestone in her development.

During month five, DD’s fingers continued to get more and more dextrose. She wanted to grab anything that was in her reach. She was amazed by shadow and sparkling light. The frequency of her bowl movements slowed down. She began to stay late at night. And solid food was added to help her sleep longer at night.
During month four, DD’s fingers were getting more and more dextrose. She began to reach for an object and grasp things. She could hold her head well enough and needed no support. She had no problem raising her upper body on her arms.
During month three, DD discovered her own hands as the most fascinating tools she could use. She began to pick up things with her fingers and tried to put them close to her mouth and licked them. She began to explore this world with her little cute mouth.
“WOW, your baby’s weight and height are both in the 95 percentiles at her age!” the doctor told us, after carefully comparing measurements on her chart. In the 95 percentiles in weight and height?!
