We accept Money Order, Cashier Check, Certified Check and Western Union money transfer. We also accept any credit card payment via Paypal (you can still use Paypal even you don't have a PayPal account).
Sorry, we don't accept Cash, Personal Check or Company Check.

best4future.com attempts to process and ship all orders in a timely manner. Generally, all orders received are processed within 1-2 business days. However, during busy seasons, like the holidays, it may take a little bit longer.
Our primary carrier is USPS. You can aslo choose UPS when you check out. Our products are shipped via the shipping method you choose during the checking out procedure. Depending on your location and the specific shipping method you choose, please allow around 2-7 business days for transit.

Returns & Exchanges
1. What can you do if I am not happy with the item I receive?
If for any reason you have changed your mind about your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of receipt of the merchandise in the original condition for a full refund or store credit, excluding shipping charges.
All returns are subject to approval by Best4future.com. We are not responsible for damaged merchandise due to wear and tear.
2. How do I return an item?
No merchandise may be returned without obtaining a Return Authorization Number (RA#). To return an item, you must email us at info@best4future.com to obtain a RA#. Once you receive RA#, returns must be made within 15 days. All return packages must have the RA# clearly marked on the original invoice.
Certain restrictions apply:
* Shipping charges will not be refunded and the returning shipping cost is the customer's responsibility.
* We are not responsible for returning package that are lost or damaged during shipping.
* We recommend insuring the package before sending for your personal tracking purposes.
3. How long will it take to receive my refund?
You will be refunded your purchase total minus any shipping charges. If you paid by PayPal, the credit will appear immediately when we receive the returned merchandise.
If you paid by Money Order, Cashier Check, Certified Check or Western Union money transfer, you should receive a check within 30 days of the credit being issued.
4. How long will it take to receive my exchange?
Please allow 1-4 weeks after we receive the returned merchandise and your request for the replacement product to ship.
5. Why was my order cancelled?
Best4future.com reserves the right to cancel any order due to, but not limited to, low order (not meet our minimum order requirement), stock issues, site related malfunctions, improperly stated pricing, coupon code or discounts, and failed credit authorizations.
Warranty, Returns & Exchanges of E-Reading Pen
1. What kind of warranty you offer for E-reading pen?
Your E-reading pen is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for one (1) month from the original purchase date, excluding the compatible books.
Should the product has a defect in materials or workmanship within one (1) month from the original purchase date, we will gladly replace it without charge to you (a shipping and processing fee may apply).
Should the product has a defect in materials on workmanship within three (3) months from the original purchase date, we will gladly repair it without charge to you (a shipping and processing fee may apply).
Should the product has a defect in materials on workmanship after three months since the original purchase date, we will gladly repair it with a small fee (a shipping and processing fee may apply).
This warranty does not cover any damage caused by accident, vandalism, misuse, abuse, alteration or any use other than as intended and described in the User’s guide, or damage resulting from failure to maintain and clean the E-reading pen as specified in the User’s manual. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the E-reading pen from Best 4 Future Bilingual Bookstore.
2. What can I do if I am not completely satisfied with the E-reading pen I receive?
If for any reason you have changed your mind about your purchase, you may return the pen within seven (7) days of receipt of the merchandise in the original condition for a full refund or store credit, excluding shipping charges. Please be aware that returns of Supervalue Packages are subject to 15% restocking fee of the listed prices of the packages.
